From August 18th-25th, doctor appointments and/or consultations will be unavailable. Technician appointments as well as prescription refills(through the clinic) will still be available as the clinic will be open (with the exception of August 25th) to receive phone calls and direct any questions. Prescription refills/authorizations through third party pharmacies will be unavailable until August 28th. Please plan ahead and submit third party pharmacy requests prior to August 17th. Any requests received after 3pm August 17th will not be approved until August 28th. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
